Acting as an agent of the State of Florida, we collect the registration fee for all boats or "vessels" which are both motorized and "domiciled" in Florida. Such boats and similar vessels are subject to registration and annual re-registration if capable of being used as a means of transportation on navigable Florida waters. A Florida decal identification number is issued.

For original registration a title will be required and thereafter our reminder notice (will be mailed about 1 month prior to your birthday to owner's last reported address) will suffice for purposes or re-registration. The cost is based on the length of the vessel. The annual registration of boats is prorated by your birthday.

ATTENTION BOATERS
The Legislature has passed Senate Bill #1286 to increase the annual vessel registration fees. Once the Governor has signed this bill these increases will become effective July 1, 2008.
Vessel registration fees will be increased by 82% so we suggest now would be the time to take advantage of the 2 FOR U (2 year registrations). By renewing your vessel registration for two years (prior to July 1) you can save the 82% increase on the second year.
