Guy L. Carlton, Collier County Tax Collector, has assumed responsibility for the driver license operation in Collier County. As of November 1, 2001, his staff has been providing full driver license service, including written test, driver test, and reinstatements, at the main driver license office , 725 Airport Road South.  As of November 1^st, the hours of operation at this office will be Monday though Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  You may call (239) 434-4600  if you have any driver license questions. 

Currently the Tax Collector's offices in:

Immokalee (106 First Street South)
Naples Greentree Shopping Plaza (2384 Immokale Road)
Golden Gate (4715 Golden Gate Parkway)
Eagle Creek (12668 East Tamiami Trail)
Marco Island (1040 Winterberry Drive) are providing the driver license services listed below. 

·        Original Florida License when a driver has a valid out-of-state license - $25.25 

·        Florida Driver License renewals - $20.25  

·        Florida Driver License duplicate and replacement licenses - $15.25  

·        Florida Identification cards - $8.25  

·        Selected reinstatements - $30.25  

(The Tax Collector, in accordance with the Florida Statutes, will add a fee of $5.25 per transaction to the State of Florida Statutory fees.  The amounts shown above include this fee.)
